I found a letter -- it's only part of one, and I can't tell who it's addressed to, but apparently the sender was concerned about them leaking information, and it sounds like they might have thought he needed to be stopped by force. It's signed 'Jugar' -- I don't think that's a common name, but I haven't heard it before either. Perhaps you'd be able to make more sense of it.
